The terms of delivery are valid from 24 August 2020.

 

General info

The Hintta Design online store is sold by the Hintan koulun parent association. (Y-ID: 3136867-6). Hintta school parent association. has authorized Hinta school to maintain the Hintta Design online store. Prices are in euros (€). Due to our small turnover, they do not include deductible VAT.

 

Ordering

Products are ordered on the website of the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

 

Payment options

Payment in our online shop is always safe. Payment provider is CheckOut. You can use most of finnish payment options

• online bank payment: We use the online payment buttons of all Finnish banks.
• credid card payment: Pay with Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard-, Debit MasterCard- and American Express -cards.

 

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Order confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. From there you can see:

• Ordered products
• Shipping costs
• The total amount of the order

Delivery

Hintta Design delivers the products it sells via Posti. The products sent in the letter are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Packages are delivered to a Posti collection point near the customer.

Delivery time

The Hintta Design online store is run by the students of Hintta Elementary School as part of entrepreneurship education. School holidays may affect product deliveries. When the product is in stock, the order will be shipped within four business days and it will arrive in 1-2 business days if the mail travels normally. The delivery time may be longer for order products.

Returns

According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order. In the cancellation notice, you must include your name, address, order date, product and it must be sent by email to (asiakaspalvelu@hinttadesign.fi) or by post to the return address below. The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition and in its original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Attach a copy of the cancellation notice to the product return. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to invoice for the reduction in value.

Complaint

If the wrong product has been delivered to you, the product is damaged, etc., notify our customer service immediately, but within seven days at the latest. After receiving the returned item, if you wish, we will deliver a similar product to you free of charge or refund the purchase price already paid. Obstacle force majeure We are not responsible for the fact that the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as war, natural disasters, export or import bans, official decisions, disruption of public transport or other similar activities that complicate or prevent our operations.
